Making Straight Cuts via table saw w/80 teeth/inch blade for nice smooth cut.
  Adjust fence to 12 inches (Just like wood)
  Push sheet gently into the blade. dont force sheet faster than it can cut;

or use a ruler & hobby knife, pencil and ruler
  Run your hobby knife over the marks on the acrylic,
   using your ruler as the straight edge.
     Repeat this procedure over and over,
      cutting deeper each time you run the knife down the line
       until your knife cuts through, leaving a smooth edge.

Bending acrylic sheeting w/common tools
 make simple form from boards with proper/desired angle
   (screw boards together)

heat gun 4 inches from desired bend line
  slowly back and forth along your line.
   slightly/slowely bend sheet. (Too much too fast will snap the sheet!)

Over-bend the sheet slightly to prevent "memory,"
 Hold sheet in position for a few minutes,
   allowing it to cool/re-harden.

   later pour hot sand into pvc
    it will bend as you desire!!!
